the privilege of space

Going down to the beach in the early mornings is honey for my soul. There is space and quiet to breathe and to be. What I have come to realise is that as we practice the appreciation of space, as we take our physical bodies into spacious environments we set our souls up for success because the confusion and rushing that is our world and keeps us disconnected from ourselves and from truth - that noise gets less and we see better how to move ahead. But not everyone has this privilege. I am grateful for it.
