Description

Ephesians 4:14,15 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.  Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.

My understanding of being a realist in these days means asking God to adjust the sails of my heart... to begin to atch the winds of His spirit - the spirit of grace. No longer catching the winds of me - centered survival and success but rather tossing the security I had in my own efforts to live this life well, overboard and placing my hope in Jesus, which he said, would be a sure and significant anchor for my soul, for all weather, forever. And because God is great, I am optimistic!
